Nissan Bear Commercial Embraces Green Future (VIDEO)

This new Nissan commercial is no less than awesome. Playing during sporting events and primetime shows, it fits right in with high excitement and a tug of the heartstrings.

Here’s putting it another way: Watch this polar bear wander the city.

It took more than just special effects to make—there was real life staging involved! You won’t see this kind of incredible thing happening down at the fair in Puyallup! Nissan LEAF should be coming out soon, and you can place advance orders now, to be a part of something even more amazing than a roaming polar bear giving you a hug.

GTR Blows Away A Bentley (VIDEO)

Check this out—the classic distinguished gentlemen of British cars, the Bentley, gets smoked by the new Nissan GTR! It is definitely worth watching to see how flaming fast the Nissan goes!

It hardly seems like a fair matchup. Then again, as much can be said about a lot of what Nissan does.

Trucks that are conquering the standards of the American market. Sedans and compacts that are affordable but loaded with amenities. That’s not even to mention the groundbreaking vehicles—like the zero-emission Nissan LEAF—that are coming up soon from Nissan. Puyallup to Peoria, buyers are coming from all around the West Coast to get some outstanding cars at outstanding prices.

2010 Nissan Frontier Gets Rave Review

We’re delighted to relate this wonderful review of the 2010 Nissan Frontier by Casey Williams at MyCarData. It was clearly written with love. We couldn’t agree more than the 2010 Frontier deserves every glowing word!

This is truly an exceptional vehicle, and Casey lets that shine. When talking of the “cool features” and unmatched brawn of the truck, she writes, “It starts with the truck’s beefy pug-boy looks. Smooth flanks are fronted by a large chrome grille, but ride over 16-inch alloy wheels, BFGoodrich Long Trail off-road rubber, and hulking fenders. A steel rear bumper provides a good place to attach trailers or to step into the bed. Designers sculpted sheet metal intricately around the windows and wheels to give the truck an upscale concept truck appearance. It is at once rugged and handsome—a perfect trail companion.”

It’s not just descriptions like that, but the hardcore facts that back them up, which have customers coming in to our blowout sale from Barstow to Bremerton. Used trucks are top quality for rock-bottom prices. Come on in and let them sweep you off your feet!

96 Nissan Altima Gets Its Own Album

Like classy beats and lyricism? That’s what’s promised by the rapper, QuESt, on his new album dedicated to an era and named after the car that defined it—96 Nissan Altima Music.

You can check out this “clean cut, old school” rap here.

The Nissan Altima was so popular during the 90s—and so inexpensive for the value it provided—that it was the basic model for many a custom car. As the description of QuESt’s work says, “this was the kind of music you listen to while bumping in your 96 Nissan Altima.” Kind of makes you want to look over some used cars. Bremerton to Tacoma, the selection is good right now.

Of course, we are of the opinion that you can and should listen to whatever strikes your fancy when you’re in your Nissan. What plays during a night out in Seattle isn’t necessarily what you’ll be listening to on the drive back to Puyallup. Nissan had the sound system to do it justice though, so once you’ve downloaded the MP3 of QuEST’s dedication album, you can put it right on one of the digital players available here.

Nissan Eco-Friendly Trucks Get Sales Boom

According to Ford, trucks are no good any more. Quick to leap onto the green bandwagon that automakers like Nissan have been driving for years, Ford Canada executive David Mondragon has condemned recent truck sales.

As he said, truck sales are “not healthy for the environment, not healthy for the economy and long term, we need to see that shift go back to a more balanced approach.”

What Mondragon fails to see is that the trend to eco-friendly solutions has already inspired a balanced approach by Nissan and others—and that the market likes it. Nissan and other manufacturers of lighter, fuel-efficient trucks have enjoyed a huge boom relative to the Rust Belt makes. Already, alternative energy sources are poised by Nissan to spread across the general market. Hybrid models, once an oddity, are now seen zooming all over Bremerton. Used trucks here on the lot here are like to the future to slow-to-adapt folks like Mr. Mondragon.

Nissan Titan Dominates Competition (VIDEO)

In Greek myth, before the age of man, Titans ruled the Earth. When it comes to trucks, that age has returned. Here is proof: A short video accurately titled, “Nissan Titan VS Everything.”

Spoiler alert:

Nissan Titan wins. These beasts are true brutes, standing above the competition in a lot of categories. The Titan has the speed. It has the toughness. It definitely has the strength. Even when it comes to an example of comparison, Dodge Ram, Nissan Titan can beat them in both horsepower and fuel-efficiency. That means you get more grunt for your buck. That’s definitely our philosophy when it comes to Nissan used trucks. Bremerton has a lot of work for our trucks to haul, and our trucks are eager to do their name justice and dominate.

Nissan GTR, Godfather of the 2012 Dodge Viper

The Dodge Viper is getting a rebirth after its brief demise, and we think its godfather is the Nissan GT-R.

After all, it was only a little while ago that the Nissan GT-R took the auto-world by the throat when it won Motor Trend Car of the Year for 2009.

Here’s the Motor Trend Car of the Year video of that honor and the car that inspired it.

GT-R won it for providing a terrific array of basic luxury, housed in a sports car body and priced at the kind of value Nissan is known for. GT-R proved that you didn’t have to break the bank to get a high-class sports car, and that automakers don’t have to cut corners—like with the bare-boned and noisy Viper—in order to deliver value.

So, congratulations, baby Viper, from your godfather, Nissan. Puyallup car buyers will surely see a few models heading their way soon. Though not as many, we suspect, as they’ll see of the GT-R.
